Open position: Partnership Manager

Together with our customers, we automate and optimize commercial strategies to adapt to the latest trends. The demand for Omnia software is rising quickly in Europe. With the acquisition of Patagona GmbH we are the market leader in the DACH and Benelux region and we have ambitious goals to become Europe’s market leader in 2022. We have established a strong footprint in the Benelux and DACH region and to continue to expand across Europe and beyond we decided to expand our team with a Strategic Partnership Manager. Partnerships have been defined as one of the key strategic priorities of Omnia Retail. Omnia has existing partnerships with various pricing data suppliers, strategy consulting firms, and technology partners. We believe that the importance of partnerships will continue to increase, both from a product and a commercial perspective.

Profile

As a Strategic Partnership Manager, you will be managing and improving existing partnerships, expanding new partnerships, and creating the partnership vision and strategy. The job requires a combination of strategic thinking, tactical relationship management, and operational activities. We believe partnerships, based on results, should ultimately become a team by itself, with disciplines like business development, partnership onboarding, certification & enablement, and partnership success management.

Responsibilities

– Define the overall partnership framework and strategy

– Setting up and building out new strategic partnerships

– Managing ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow and optimize the partnership

– Forecast, measure and report the results of collaborations with partners

– Manage incidents and escalations and anticipate to prevent them in the future

– Create and optimize a systematic, process-driven, and scalable approach to manage and get mutual value out of existing partnerships

– Define and continuously optimize the Omnia Retail partnership vision and strategy, with clear benefits on Omnia Retail product proposition and commercial results

– Identify and source partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound efforts

– Negotiate, finalize and renew contracts with partners

– Deliver a great experience and establish a long-term relationship with our partners – you will represent and evangelize Omnia Retail and be our partners’ liaison internally

 

Requirements

As an experienced results-driven Partnership Manager you are able to build long-term relationships. You are a true project manager and excel in setting up new processes. You are a strong communicator and have a commercial mindset.

– Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

– 4+ years of experience in the areas of consultative selling, consultancy, customer success, and/or partnership management

– Experience in B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) with medium to large-sized deals

– Knowledge of and interest in retail in general and e-commerce in particular

– Passion for winning and ability to close a deal, with a win-win mentality

– Ability to build long-term strategic relationships

– Excellent process and project manager

– Strong communicator: both verbally and in writing

– High energy, perseverance, and long-term devotion

– You are fluent in English and preferably another language (Dutch or German)
